Peak Performance Fitness is a Close Corporation, was established in November 1999 and is based in Cape Town, South Africa. PPFitness’ core business is the provision of quality sports performance equipment through our vision that states that:

Peak Performance Fitness strives to narrow the gap between professional and recreational sports through the provision of quality and affordable sports performance products and recognized scientific support.

Our flagship products and services are the Rocket Range and consist out of the following:

• Rockets Compression Garments (Leggings, Tops and CompresSox™)
• Rocket Functional Equipment (Bags, Balls & Line-out Lifter)
• Rockts Chain Sock

Although most of PPFitness’ promotional material is rugby-orientated, our products are not limited to this sport only and can be used for a variety of exercise routines and sports.

PPF is also proud to say that all our equipment is designed and developed locally in conjunction with the strength and conditioning coaches of WP, Stormers and SA under 19 Rugby.
